Teams size requirements are as follows: Minimum of 18 registered players and a max of 25 players per team. Please see the rules section of the website for male/female requirements. Teams may register with a minimum of 15 players however RI Kickball will assign individuals that want to play in a random fashion until the roster reaches the 18 person minimum.

PDF waiver – 1 per player – All waivers are to be turned in at the pre-season meeting. Get your waiver to your captain, no exceptions this season.
RI Kickball Shirt Order – (Team Name)
Registration fee $720 per team for a team of 18-24 players. Due by: Aug. 5.
Registrations can be paid via check made out to RI Kickball and mailed to 35 Simmons St., Newport, RI 02840. If you want to use a credit card, we can accept that via paypal.
Short sleeve shirts will also be included in this cost. One color per-side is included, but 2-3 color shirts are extra due to the labor involved. $2 extra per shirt side if want more than 1 color. Custom names on the back are NOT included in the fee. Custom names will be $5 extra per shirt, which is not included in the registration fee.
If your team would like long sleeve shirts or hoodies instead of short sleeve shirts this can be done for an additional cost of:
- $5 for long sleeve
- $10 for hoodies

Team Shirt Information:
Team shirts will be mandatory and will be provided by RI Kickball. Shirts will follow the same layout as last season. Please see the diagram below for any questions.
All team shirt orders and art shall be submitted to RI Kickball no later than July 28 to ensure all teams will have shirts prior to the first game.
In addition to team shirts, custom long-sleeve and custom hoodies are available for order.

If you choose to order additional matching team gear, RI Kickball will accept that as team uniforms during play.
To minimize payment issues and management headaches, we are no longer accepting individual payments. Please have your team pay together, via check, cash, or paypal.
